FastBlast Refund/Return Policy
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund the entire purchase price of your initial box of FastBlast Smoothies and/or initial can of FastBlast Daily (including shipping.) If more than one box or can was purchased, you must return any unopened product to receive a full refund of those additional boxes or cans.
Contact our client service desk anytime at email@example.com or call us at (919) 307-3495 between 9:00AM and 5:00PM EST (excluding major holidays) to receive a refund. If you are returning unopened product, you must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) along with our return address.
Important: Return postage is the responsibility of the client and we recommend using a delivery confirmation to avoid any delays. All packages that are returned as undeliverable or refused will be refunded the purchase price of the product minus the shipping fees incurred by refusal of the package.
All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 72 hours of your request or receipt of unused product. Please allow up to five days for your bank to process the refund.
