Over the past 20 yrs , experimenting with various health improvement products- and fast blast is the one that i stick with. My body can definitely tell those days i do and don't drink my supplement.
I am taking it for some years, easy and it works. The problem now is that is giving me bad heartburn, other foods also.
I am a PhD student in a well-known human gut microbiome lab as well as an MIT graduate and awardee of international immunology conference talk + poster prizes & prestegious "full ride" NSF scholarship and I think these are AMAZING:
-Fermented fruits and vegetables offer unique cognitive benefit
-Despite containing banana (which neutralized many antioxidants in the blend due to its polophenol oxidase) this particular blend includes POTENT antioxidants such as brain and longevity supermolecule pterostilbene
-These are 100% plant-based!
-These are delightfully delicious chilled and creamy
-These contain enough fiber and low enough sugar to not be expected to induce a harmful insulin spike when consumed post-run or with a meal in metabolically healthy individuals
Overall delicious, convienent, and packed with healthful compounds from real food & a healthy simple fuel for excercise or an everyday energy boost
The expiration date was only 3 weeks out when I got them so I didn’t have a chance to finish them, I was really annoyed because they aren’t cheap by any means, I never had this problem before
