Consecutive or nonconsecutive days are entirely up to you! On your two fasting days, replace your meals and snacks with your FastBlast Smoothie pouches and refrain from consuming all other foods and beverages.
However, be sure to hydrate with water throughout the day. (morning coffee/tea is OK).
Drink one FastBlast Smoothie pouch every 2-3 hours totaling six pouches per day. If you become hungry between servings, drink a glass of water to help control your appetite.
I have to get it really cold , the banana taste overcomes it, but glad it also has veggies

I'm down almost 30lbs in roughly 3 months! I have plenty of energy and as long as I keep up my smoothies in the 2-3 hour each timeline there is no risk of hunger. I have restful sleep while fasting and have noticed reduced cravings for fatty, sugary foods even when the fast is over. This is important as the desire to get off track is minimized with each round I've completed thus far. I would highly recommend this product, I have more weight to lose and will be glad to update once I've reached my goals, I feel comfortable saying it will happen this year!
