Consecutive or nonconsecutive days are entirely up to you! On your two fasting days, replace your meals and snacks with your FastBlast Smoothie pouches and refrain from consuming all other foods and beverages.
However, be sure to hydrate with water throughout the day. (morning coffee/tea is OK).
Drink one FastBlast Smoothie pouch every 2-3 hours totaling six pouches per day. If you become hungry between servings, drink a glass of water to help control your appetite.

The smoothie tastes good, but since it only has 2g of protein per pouch (12g per day) I'm hungrier than I'd be with a higher protein plan. Total is 660 calories/day. I can make that number and get a lot more protein with my own foods (eggs, fish, veggies, fruit, protein drink, etc.) for much less $$.
The smoothie tasted good and the plan is easy to follow. The key is drinking “lots” of water. Overall satisfying and felt comfortably full. I use it during intermittent fasting as well.
