Consecutive or nonconsecutive days are entirely up to you! On your two fasting days, replace your meals and snacks with your FastBlast Smoothie pouches and refrain from consuming all other foods and beverages.
However, be sure to hydrate with water throughout the day. (morning coffee/tea is OK).
Drink one FastBlast Smoothie pouch every 2-3 hours totaling six pouches per day. If you become hungry between servings, drink a glass of water to help control your appetite.
I tried fast blast a few weeks ago and really liked the results. I picked two days to do the fast and I immediately felt the results. I’m going to do it once a month for the next few months for sure
Find it very sweet and wish there was a less sweet option or more flavors

I’m down 20 since 8/30. 55 yrs old in pretty good shape. 6 foot was 224lbs. As of 11/18 I’m 204. Very easy. 2 days a week and I use another box(monthly) for snacks in between 2 normal meals a day on the other 5 non fasting days. It works- tastes good and your not as hungry as you would think on fasting days. You get over it and you get used to it. It also forces you to be mindful on non fasting days like I completely eliminated all added salt from my diet. That alone is huge. I also eat much more fruits and veggies to stay full like celery apples and carrots and bananas. Really feel good and high energy!
